Biography

Gwendolyn Fryer's artwork has been featured in solo and group exhibitions in Museums and cultural centers throughout the United States and abroad, including the Lancaster Art Museum in Pennsylvania, the Susquehanna Art Museum in Harrisburg , Pennsylvania, the Museum of Fine Arts in Tallahassee, Florida; COPIA: the America Center for Wine Food and Art in Nappa Valley California; the Selby Gallery of the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida; the Institute for Contemporary Art and the Nexus Foundation for Todays Art in Philadelphia. The American Legation in Tangiers, Morocco and the Archevecher in Paris France. Fryer graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of the fine Arts and was the first exchange student to attend The Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts in Paris France.
